HIKING FOR THE COMMUNITY (FREE EVENT)
Whether it's your first time hiking, or you just want to tag along with individuals you live amongst, you will be sure to have a fun and memorable experience! Hidden Falls is a 3 mile round trip loop trail located in Auburn CA. This trail is great for all skill levels and features a waterfall.

About the event
This FREE hike was created for individuals to come together in their community and experience an aspect of what Health and Wellness is. I decided to create this event for the community because as a community we should be able to come together and build each other up. My focus is on Health and Wellness. I feel like this is vital in our community because our community functions and operates by the individuals whom live in it. If we are not Healthy (Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually) how can you expect our city to be at it's best. Heath and Wellness should not be a luxury and SHAW 4 Community is going to change that. Not everyone can afford to pay for services to help them on their Health and Wellness journey. I am a firm believer that a HEALTHY community is a THRIVING community.
With that said.... Lets get out and get our bodies moving, clear our minds out, escape for the day and put in some MILES!

Transportation and food will be provided FOR FREE! As well as a special gift for all whom attend. Trasportation and gifts limited to adults 18 and older. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed on the Charter Bus. You are more than welcome to bring your children, however you will have to provide your own transportation.
